Crossing under the Belt Parkway, West 6^th Street

What is the same between two photos is the Culver Elevated line, Belt Parkway. Judging from this photo and one on another site, Southbound street cars (Heading to Coney Island) right of way was to the west of the elevated line, not underneath it. Northbound street cars did ride under the El, as we will see in future webpage. The Southbound tracks still exist for a little bit, here is a current photo showing that
