In the above photo, you see two things painted yellow.

The piece closest, is the ladder that runs outside the structure

From top to bottom. Behind that are the elements that fan

Out from the top from the top where the ropes get attached.

The yellow there are the walkways where workers used to have to scale

When a parachute got stuck, to unstick it I guess.
